Here is what you will need: *1 cup of plain yogurt   *1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal  *1 teaspoon of honey

Steps for making the DIY face mask:

Start by washing your face and neck (be sure to remove any makeup).

  1. Mix the plain yogurt and uncooked oatmeal in a large bowl.
  2. Add the honey to the mixture, and stir well.
  3. Apply ingredients to your face using fingers or a clean foundation brush.
  4. Let sit on the skin for 10 to 20 minutes.
  5. Wash off the face mask with warm water, and apply normal moisturizer.

Daily skincare routine is the BEST way to maintain hydrated, dewey skin.  

Additional tips: 
  • Don’t double the recipe if trying the mask with a friend; you will already have enough for two faces
  • Chop up the oatmeal into small pieces so the mask isn’t as chunky and goes on your skin more easily.
  • Try cooling the mixture in the refrigerator after step 3 for 5 to 10 minutes so it hardens enough to stay well on your face.

In this video, I teach you how to curl your eyelashes the proper way! Throw out those old crimping eyelash curlers and upgrade to a heated one. I have one I sell on my website here.

Here are the quick tips:

  1. Apply to lashes that already have dried mascara on them.
  2. Start in the middle, straight across for 5 seconds, then twist at the top.
  3. Next, heat the outer half, straight across for 5 seconds, then twist at the top.
  4. Finally, heat the inner half, straight across for 5 seconds, and twist.

This video shows you how to properly apply your mascara. The quick tips are below:

  1. Don’t pump your mascara tube, twist out the brush.
  2. Tap off the excess off the tip of the brush.
  3. Poke the product at the base of your eyelashes.
  4. Then use the side of the want to even distribute the product to coat all your lashes.

*Bonus tip: Use a lash separator while the mascara is still wet. Jiggle the comb at the base of the lashes to the top to comb them out and separate.
